Educating adolescent girls living in the Rohingya refugee camps in Bangladesh
We envision a world where all girls have the opportunity to obtain a quality education, no matter their circumstances.
Our Vision
Maiya School opened our first girls-only learning centre in Kutupalong refugee camp in April 2022. We currently have 80 students enrolled. That’s two full classes of Rohingya adolescent girls that are getting an education!
We’re now seeking to grow by opening another learning centre in Kutupalong camp, so we can reach even more girls!
