Ummay Marzan Jui
PROGRAMME IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
Jui has been working with marginalised communities in Bangladesh since 2019, including women, individuals in remote areas, and those affected by climate change.
She brings extensive experience in project implementation, communications, and community engagement, with a strong commitment to advancing girls' education, gender equality, and climate resilience.
Jui understands the social and cultural barriers Rohingya girls face in accessing education. She believes Maiya School offers a safe and supportive space where girls can learn with confidence, develop leadership skills, and realise their potential. She hopes that through Maiya School, these girls will be empowered to become changemakers within their community and beyond.
